University System of Maryland at Hagerstown (USMH) partners with University System of Maryland (USM) institutions to provide affordable, regional programmatic offerings at the undergraduate and graduate levels that create socioeconomic mobility for students, meet workforce needs, and contribute to the economic vitality of the region.
