A Little Spooky, A Lot of Fun: Halloween Week at USMH! 🎃🦉
Halloween is creeping up, and we’re celebrating at USMH with a little spooky fun! Whether you’re stopping by campus between classes or joining us from wherever you are, there are plenty of ways to get into the Halloween spirit this week.
🧪 Stir Up Some Fun: Spooky Potions & Snacks
Stop by for a sweet treat and a little Halloween magic! Our DIY dirty soda bar is serving up spooky potions, complete with festive flavors and Halloween-inspired names. Grab a drink, enjoy a snack, and take a quick break from your studies. You deserve a little treat!
Hootsbee’s owl friends are hiding around the USMH building, and we need your help rounding them up! Think of it like an Easter Egg Hunt, but with owls - and for Halloween!
Keep your eyes open as you make your way through the building this week. Find the hidden Hootsbees, follow the instructions on this form and enter to win. Top prize is a new USMH Hootsbee t-shirt!
👻 Show Us Your Halloween Costume!
You don’t have to be on campus to join the fun! Whether you’re dressed up for class, heading to a Halloween party, or celebrating from home, we want to see your costume.
Submit a photo of yourself in your Halloween costume through our online entry form. Online students and students studying away from the building are welcome to participate, too! Deadline to enter is 11/1/26, winners announced 11/2/26. Staff & faculty prizes too!
🎃 Join the Fun!
From spooky sips to hidden owls and creative costumes, Halloween week is all about taking a break, connecting with our USMH community, and having a little fun along the way.
And - there’s still time to volunteer to help with games on Saturday, October 31st between 1:00 - 6:00 pm for pre-parade activities in the University Plaza. Use this form to sign up!
Happy Halloween from USMH and Hootsbee! 🦉🕸️
